If you see If you see the blue QuickTime at tha page, the basic software you need to view movies is installed properly. #2) If you see a broken icon above then you should visit the QuickTime download page and reinstall QuickTime. #3) If you do not see an animated QuickTime logo there may be a problem with the way your network is configured. #4) Visit the QuickTime support area for additional help.
